Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the program?
The program includes everything you need to master the fundamentals of the brain, body and spirit. The chapters are: 1. Cognitive function, 2. Strategic operations, 3. Learning and Creativity, 4. Athletic Mastery, 5. Nutrition Principles, 6. Deep Recovery, 7. Human Nature, 8. Iron Mind, 9. Social Hierarchy.
It includes both the mechanics behind performance, as well as clear tactics to apply and leverage those mechanics to unlock peak performance. You will learn what to do, and why to do it.
Who is a good fit for the program?
The program is designed for ambitious individuals who are tired of wasting their effort due to a lack of structure and ineffective systems. The brain, body and spirit are all deeply connected: you cannot achieve success in one area without a deep understanding of the others - sleep affecting cognition, mentality affecting training etc.
What makes the program unique?
What makes the program unique is that it covers the fundamental mechanics of peak performance instead of promising quick fixes, shortcuts and hacks. If that's what you're looking for, look elsewhere. This program is designed to optimize the fundamentals, which takes hard work, and does not happen overnight.
How was the program developed?
I started off adult life operating far below baseline: brain fog, weak mind, poor nutrition etc. The issue was not a lack of effort, it was a lack of direction. I needed a a clear system of tactics and protocols.
However, every resource I found online was either far too technical or didnt actually explain how to implement the protocol.
For example, when researching testosterone, people would always say to sleep better, and eat clean, and would leave it at that. But what does sleeping better actually mean? What does eating clean actually mean? How can I actually apply these principles?
Through intensive research, trial and error and personal experience, I developed Primal Performance as a program for myself, for me to use. Written in a way that explained the core mechanics, and how to apply them.
The result? My GPA went from a 2.2 my freshman year of high school to a 3.9 in college, I got recruited to play division I football, and I built a strong, resilient mind, allowing me to break bad habits such as drinking and degeneracy.
I cannot promise you these same results - and I would be lying if I did, for at the end of the day knowledge only goes so far, it is action that matters - but I can give you the same framework and systems that got me these results.
Is the program for beginners?
The ideal fit is an individual how is works hard, shows up and gives effort, but feels like they're swimming upstream. They grind away at their desk in school, on their business or at work, but have nothing to show for it becuase they lack mental clarity. They workout hard, eat clean and avoid bad habits but can't get in shape because their approach to athleticism, nutrition and recovery aren't optimized. They go through life susceptible to emotions and external conditions rather than being anchored in mental fortitude.
The program's structure allows individuals of all levels to benefit. Whether you are starting from scratch or refining your personal systems, Primal Performance will help you.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No - there is a one time payment, after which you will receive instant access to the program.
We are constantly researching, refining and updating our program, and there will be future, revised editions. By purchasing the program, you will be sent any new editions/updates, for free.
How is the program formatted?
The program is delivered in PDF format, allowing you to access it anywhere, anytime, in a secure fashion.
The program is 105 pages total, and it is easy to navigate allowing you to move around as needed and explore the concepts that are most relevant to you in order.
How long will it take to complete the program?
The program is self paced - there are no time commitments. You can either read it cover to cover, or skip around and explore the systems you are most interested in. Either way, think of the program as a pactical guide rather than a rigid textbook.
Why does the program combine brain, body and spirit rather than specializing in one?
Brain, body and spirit are bound together, each affecting the other. Mastering one area alone will leave you vulnerable, while a comprehensive approach builds a strong foundation, serving as a backbone for success in what ever you pursuit may be.
